About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Closing Team Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. You will play a key role in leading shifts, maintaining standards, and delivering a remarkable guest experience during peak hours. Requirements

2 years of Leadership experience leading a team of 10+
1+ year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-energy environment
Ability to work evening and closing shifts consistently
Interest in growing into a long-term leadership role

Responsibilities

Support and execute strong evening operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient close each shift
Work across multiple areas of the restaurant to gain hands-on experience operating a high-volume business
Lead and support team members during shifts, helping maintain a positive, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
Identify and encourage high-potential team members, supporting their growth and development
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence
Deliver a remarkable guest experience through every interaction
Ensure a safe environment for both team members and guests by upholding all safety and food safety standards
