About The Position

They prioritize through the eyes of the guest, have a deep understanding of each leader’s vision for their business, and have fun with the team while nailing closing routines. The role of Closing Team Leader can provide you with skills and experience of: Guest service fundamentals and experience building and fostering a guest first culture across the store, Driving storewide sales volume and profitability results, Developing effective business partnerships across store to achieve common goals, Workload efficiency across the store including leading closing routines and coaching team members in all areas.
