About The Position

The Closing Team Leader at Target is responsible for ensuring that the store finishes strong each night by prioritizing guest service and leading the team through closing routines. This role involves building a guest-first culture, driving sales, and developing effective business partnerships. The Closing Team Leader will also support store operations, evaluate candidates for open positions, and ensure compliance with safety and security processes.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
