Requirements

Great phone closing skills and experience
Prior experience in inside sales or telemarketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Prior field Plumbing and/or HVAC experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify leads
Build and maintain customer relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets
Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries
Pursue new business opportunities
Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service.
Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.
Meet and exceed client expectations for service
Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional service people
