You will also provide excellent communication and customer service, ensuring clear and effective interactions with clients and partners.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage loan processing/closing.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Proficiency in handling Conventional Refi and Purchase, CEMA/Co-op, NY, New Construction, TX 50a6, FHA/VA, HAP/DPA, Coverage, Hotline, and HELOC.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Propose innovative solutions to problems, utilizing all available resources to enhance processes.
Manage and prioritize an individual pipeline to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Work with vendors to resolve any post-signing issues or concerns.
Communicate with settlement agents or closing attorneys to verify fund disbursement.
Retrieve disbursement delay monetary shortages from settlement agents.
Engage with partners and settlement agents via phone to maintain clear communication.
