About The Position

A role in your local McDonald's franchisee owned restaurant offers a job combo that will fit YOU. This position is vital to the operations within the restaurant, as you will lead the experience, handle and oversee crew schedules, and provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards, take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability, and cultivate training and continued learning within the restaurant. The role is available in full-time and part-time capacities, with flexible scheduling options.
