About The Position

The Closing Shift Crew Member at Wendy's is responsible for ensuring the restaurant is clean and prepared for the next day's operations. This role involves working during the evening and late-night shifts, assisting with food preparation and service, and performing closing duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
• Ability to work evenings and late nights, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving food to customers during the dinner and late-night shifts
• Clean and sanitize work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining areas
• Stock and replenish supplies as needed
• Assist with closing duties such as cleaning grills, emptying trash, and completing end-of-day procedures
• Work with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient closing shift
