  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
  • Plan for each shift and monitor performance to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
  • Meet targets during shifts and assist assigned Departments in achieving their goals.
  • Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
  • Maintain internal communication among team members.
  • Manage inventory effectively.
  • Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Ensure quality food production.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
