Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a successful shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist assigned Departments in achieving their goals.
• Manage food safety protocols.
• Oversee internal communication among team members.
• Handle inventory management effectively.
• Ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Supervise quality food production.
