Title : Closing Lead Location: Coraopolis, PA (fully on-site) Lead a team engaged in the process of closing loans to meet production and performance goals. As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience required.
  • Requires 2-3 years of related experience in mortgage loan processing, preferably in a financial services company.
  • Maintains flexible hours.
  • Requires experience delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Business acumen, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Requires mathematical acumen to analyze equations.
  • Interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project coordination, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • RamQuest Closing operations system knowledge preferred but not required.
  • Experience developing and implementing staff training programs and related materials would be an asset.
  • Coaching, mentorship, and training experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of title closers, providing guidance on procedures and production, and training as needed.
  • First point of contact to address and resolve any challenges or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Closing Services.
  • Respond to questions regarding closing documents.
  • Read and interpret documents (e.g. underwriting guideline matrix, lender’s instructions, trust agreements, purchase contracts, etc.).
  • Audit 1% of files per week and report findings to manager and team members.
  • Address inquiries from clients, borrowers and agents professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions and prevent delays.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and legal requirements related to title closing.
  • Ensure that all transactions adhere to these standards and promptly address any compliance issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various parties to effectively resolve any issues and provide updates on the status of transactions.
  • Work daily assigned Work in Progress reports to ensure all parties are updated in a timely manner consistent with established standards for service and quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
