Organize and manage the settlement process Compile and research information for settlement process and settlement reports Send settlement correspondences to homeowners Liaison between Homeowners, Lenders, Appraisers, Sales, Production, and Title Companies Fax, copy, mail, and file information related to settlement process Maintain and organize settlement files Run settlement reports for different departmental uses Review deeds and settlement statements for accuracy prior to approval Other duties as apparent or assigned
