Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Interact and correspond with all parties involved in the settlement process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, and agents.
  • Manage each file from start to finish, ensuring team members complete their workflows.
  • Ensure the process stays organized and all contract contingencies are met.
  • Obtain pertinent information from customers/agents for title clearance.
  • Provide strong customer service and title knowledge to enhance customer experience.
  • Answer the main phone line and explain title quotes and the settlement process.
  • Oversee title and closing for all residential projects/clients in the market.
  • Manage assigned tasks for yourself and your support team.
  • Verify title clearance of assigned files prior to closing.
  • Work with the support team on title defects and review entity documents for sufficiency.
  • Review closing documents for completeness and accuracy before and after closing.
  • Ensure the file is balanced before sending to funding.
  • Prepare documents for recording before sending to post-closing.
