As a key member of our early team, you won't just be installing shelving; you’ll be delivering the 'wow factor' that changes how our clients live in their homes. This is a client-facing role that involves the installation and proper finish of closet systems, where you will assemble, trim, and problem solve custom closet solutions into existing spaces. We are looking for a Closet Installer who would be focused on growing our business in Sussex County and Coastal Delaware where most of our clients reside. Requirements

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

Nice To Haves

Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry installation a plus

Responsibilities

Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
