About The Position

We are a local family business with nearly 40 years of experience and about 170 employees. The Art Source, Inc. includes several sister brands – Pictures Plus, Plus Interiors, California Closets Hawaii, and CocoNene. We design and create home products locally in our Kapolei manufacturing facility and serve clients through retail locations across the Hawaiian Islands. Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry building materials
• Comfortable using basic hand tools (tape measure to 1/16")
• Willingness to learn and follow instruction from a master installer
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Occasional inter-island travel (approx. 10%)

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, staging, and loading closet materials
• Support installation of California Closets systems in homes across the island
• Learn and develop carpentry skills and tool use
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction
• Uphold California Closets Hawaii installation and quality standards
