About The Position

Requirements

• High School or equivalent degree.
• 3-5 years of Mortgage Lending/Closing experience.
• Experience with Financial Software, Customer Service, and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of TRID, TILA, and RESPA Guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA).
• Extensive knowledge of TRID guidelines.
• Knowledge of State Bond Programs is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational, written, and telephone skills.
• Strong work ethic and customer service orientation.

• Knowledge of State Bond Programs.

Responsibilities

• Confirm scheduling information with the Title or Escrow Company and input into Encompass.
• Verify accuracy and consistency of documents by auditing the file for discrepancies while preparing the closing package.
• Complete a minimum of 50 closing packages monthly.
• Close the loan in compliance with investor guidelines and meet all at-closing conditions for investor delivery.
• Review Closing Disclosure for accuracy and completeness.
• Request wire from the warehouse line.
• Forward the Closing Disclosure to the consumer, processor, and loan officer/assistant using approved delivery methods.
• Communicate with the title/escrow company prior to consummation and/or during signing if necessary.
