About The Position

Requirements
- Proven experience as CLO/General Counsel (15+ years) in EPC, LNG, or Energy Private Equity sector.
- Expertise in global legal frameworks (US/NY Bar preferred).
- Must be a Proactive leader with strong executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead global legal strategy, corporate governance, and complex compliance.
- Manage large-scale EPC contracts, claims, disputes, and litigation.
- Serve as the primary legal liaison for foreign investors and top management.
