Job Description: A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Lead the activities associated to creating the project plan, running the PMO and gathering client requirements Assess the impact of those requirements on the wider transformation Improve ongoing techniques associated to delivering transformations Support and share knowledge with project teams Manage the requirement to development activity Stay on top of changes in the Contract Management industry and bring thought leadership to continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in U.S. Federal Government Contracting with the following experience:
  • Demonstrated experience across the full lifecycle: Capture Management (Solicitation and Proposal Development) Award Management (Prime and Task/Delivery Order) Post Award (Subcontracting/Modifications/Closeout)
  • Experience supporting DoD, A&D, or federal agency business transformations
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Priority Skill Government Contracting Lifecycle (Federal/DoD/A&D)

Nice To Haves

  • Icertis certification or prior CLM implementation exposure
  • 3+ years of consulting experience (client-facing preferred)
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience: Developing project plans and supporting PMO activities Leading requirements gathering workshops Translating business requirements into functional or technical specifications Supporting data migration planning and execution
  • Strong knowledge of FAR / DFARS and common federal contract vehicles (IDIQ, GWAC, MAC)
  • Familiarity with CLIN/SLIN/ELIN structures and modification workflows (SF30, DD1155)
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., Icertis, Ariba, Coupa, Conga, SAP, Deltek)
  • Experience with project collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
  • MBA, JD, or other advanced degree
