About The Position

Clip Finders scout out engaging and viral content to help build videos for Jimmy and Chris to react to. This individual should have an eye for finding content that will be easy and generate funny reactions, as well as recognize clips that have the ability to go viral.
Our ideal candidate would be given a video topic and then have the ability to build out a video of between 80-120 clips by themselves. They should have the ability to work independently, but also able to consult with the team when needed.
If a candidate wants to exceed our expectations, they will hold themselves accountable for their work at a high standard of excellence and have a burning desire to constantly improve themselves and the channel.
This position is fully remote and requires you to be 18+

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro
• Basic understanding of Google Workspaces
• You provide a resume or portfolio of past projects worked on and examples of things you have personally created
• A strong desire to learn and grow with each video you produce
• A passion for making the best reaction videos possible and for constantly pushing boundaries of what type of content our channel can produce
• Willingness to be a part of a team - this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to change directions quickly

Responsibilities

• Gathering clips surrounding a given video topic
• Working with other team members to provide feedback on videos in production
• Looking at and analyzing trends on YouTube and other social media platforms
• Analyzing video clips to determine what makes them engaging and high performing
