About The Position

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health or Marriage and Family Counseling, Human Services, or related degree required

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must meet Agency requirements for driving history records
  • Must meet Agency requirements for CORI/SORI background checks

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to the youth in the program.
  • Provide trauma-informed clinical case management to approximately 8 - 12 youth by coordinating team meetings, creating treatment plans, and providing program recommendations on services to best help the youth and family when applicable
  • Completing Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, and CANS, as part of the assessment process
  • Work closely and communicate well with funders/guardians to ensure satisfactory service delivery including meeting attendance and regular communication
  • Provide training to Residential Counselors and Case Managers on clinical issues pertaining to their work with clients
  • Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with licensing and funder requirements.
  • Participate as a member of the team within a clinically oriented trauma-informed treatment milieu
  • Participate in a rotating on-call for after-hours client/program emergencies
  • Take on administrative tasks as delegated by the Program Director and/or Clinical Director
  • Performs Follow Along with Clinical Services, in coordination with staff when applicable to program type.
