About The Position

Ivy Street School is seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to support students and families in a highly collaborative, therapeutic school environment. This role offers the opportunity to provide direct clinical services while working closely with educators, families, and community partners to support student growth and stability. Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work required
LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC preferred (candidates working toward licensure encouraged to apply)
Valid driver’s license
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience with adolescents and DBT is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to assigned students
Facilitate weekly group therapy using a DBT-informed approach
Collaborate closely with families through regular communication and meetings
Participate in IEPs, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
Coordinate with outside providers and attend court, hospital, and transition meetings as needed
Support crisis intervention and help maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu
Engage in regular supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
