In this role the Clinician supports DMH involved adults in four ACCS residential programs as well as other clinical support needs within the Division of Recovery Services. Utilizing clinical assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with staff and external partners, the Clinician assists with identifying support needs and creating and executing supportive interventions. This role ensures that all documentation meets contract and agency standards while promoting high-quality, evidence-based practices. The position works closely with leadership and program teams to provide training, reduce barriers and support individualized, trauma-informed care in alignment with MHA’s mission, funding requirements, and regulatory guidelines. About the Division of Recovery Services (DRS) The Division of Recovery Services (DRS) supports individuals of all ages navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Our youth residential programs provide a safe, structured environment for adolescents involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to address behavioral health needs. For adults, DRS offers residential and outreach support for those in recovery or living with addiction, including many with co-occurring mental health concerns. Through compassionate, trauma-informed care, we help individuals build coping skills, restore stability, and work toward long-term recovery and wellness.
