HOPE ~ HEALTH ~ HEALING Terros Health is looking for a Clinician for our McDowell Ave location in Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Full-Time Tues - Sat, 8:00am - 4:30pm / 8:30am - 5:00pm OR Mon - Fri, At Least 2 Evenings Per Week Experience Treating Co-Occurring Disorders Preferred Experience with Domestic Violence (COT) Preferred Behavioral Health Experience Preferred, New Grads Considered Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field Preferred - Maintains Arizona License: Associate Licensure - LAC, LMSW, or Independent Licensure - LCSW, LPC AZ Licensure Reimbursed When Renewed as a TH Employee (according to Policy) Position Summary: Behavioral health Experience is defined as work experience providing direct care to individuals whose condition is related to mental disorder, a personality disorder, substance abuse, or a significant psychological or behavioral response to an identifiable stressor. Employee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, Supervised by Clinical Manager or Regional Administrator. This position is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita”. Ensures the successful achievement of Terros Health vision, mission, program objective and compliance with a broad range of current federal and state health regulations and policies. Provision of services will occur in the office or other place of service.
