Clinician (KRCC - Wolfe Health & Wellness Center)

POSITION: Clinician
WORKSITE: Kentucky River Community Care/Wolfe County Health & Wellness Center
SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full-Time
CREDENTIALS REQUIRED: Clinician - Master's Degree in Social Work, Human Services and Counseling, or Psychology and Board Licensure.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Therapy experience. Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills. Proficient in computer usage.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide bio-psychosocial assessments, behavioral health screenings, person-centered planning, and individual therapy to adults with serious mental illness.
• Provide clinical services in a Therapeutic Rehabilitation program.
• Document services provided in an electronic medical record daily.
• Participate in all required trainings and supervisory sessions.
• Provide on-site crisis services as needed.
