The Clinician role for our Residential Programs in Salem, MA offers a meaningful opportunity to make a direct, lasting impact on the lives of youth and families served by Plummer Youth Promise. The clinician leads comprehensive behavioral health assessments, trauma-informed treatment planning, and individualized interventions using Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) to support residents’ growth and stability. Working in close partnership with youth, families, social workers, program managers, Residential Program Directors and community providers, this position ensures coordinated, responsive, and high-quality care. The role includes regular in-person engagement with residents and families, active participation in team and clinical meetings, and timely coordination of referrals and crisis supports. Clinicians are trusted to exercise strong clinical judgment while documenting thoughtfully and accurately in APRICOT (internal information tracking system).
