Health Solutions is a premier wellness center focused on whole-person care. We are continuously hiring Outpatient Clinicians to join our team and work with youth and families at multiple locations in Pueblo, CO. Applications are accepted year-round. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field
  • Willing and able to obtain licensure candidacy status within 1 month of hire and clinical licensure within 3-years of hire
  • Experience working successfully within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license, good driving record, and access to transportation during work hours
  • Must already be authorized to work in the US; sponsorships not available.

Nice To Haves

  • Independent Colorado clinical license (i.e., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Colorado Addictions Credentials (i.e. CAT, CAS, LAC)
  • Spanish language skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and collaborative treatment planning
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations
  • Collaborate with community partners
