About The Position
The Provider Scheduler ensures shifts are filled and all assigned locations are adequately staffed according to the staffing needs of the hospitals and patient volumes. The Scheduler creates master monthly schedules following the approved staffing budget and revises as needed, ensuring all schedules are complete and posted at least three months in advance. The Provider Scheduler must work closely with managers and staff to ensure all vacant shifts are filled and clinics are adequately staffed according to budgets and patient volume.
