About The Position
Samaritan Health Services is seeking an experienced Clinician Recruitment Program Manager to join our team. The Clinician Recruitment Program Manager will implement and manage an effective clinician recruitment program. The position will develop proactive, innovative strategies to attract and recruit top talent. Our ideal candidate promotes and fosters collaborative relationships with medical group clinical and operational leaders to ensure achievement of recruitment goals. The Clinician Recruitment Program Manager will manage and execute all aspects of a national, regional and local sourcing strategy to develop a robust pipeline of candidates.
