The Clinician Recruitment Coordinator assists in managing recruitment activities and tasks and performs administrative duties related to clinician recruiting. The Clinician Recruiting team at Samaritan Health Services is responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified clinicians at Samaritan Health Services hospitals and clinics. This process includes sourcing, recruiting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, pre-boarding and onboarding activities.

  • Assist in managing recruitment activities and tasks.
  • Perform administrative duties related to clinician recruiting.
  • Source, recruit, screen, schedule, and interview candidates.
  • Manage pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two (2) years experience in a position of similar responsibility and complexity required.
  • Experience in marketing or a healthcare related role preferred.
  • Experience or training in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and design programs.
  • Experience initiating and managing multiple projects required.
  • College degree preferred.
