Full-Time, Employed Monday - Friday Experience Working with Co-Occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders Preferred Behavioral Health Experience Preferred Full Benefits, Including 401K, and Generous PTO/PST (4+ weeks) AZ Licensure Reimbursed When Renewed as a TH Employee (According to Policy) $70,000 + for independent level therapists with licensure for fewer than 5 years $75,000 + for independent level therapists with licensure for over 5 years but less than 10 years $80,000 + for independent level therapists with licensure for 10 years or over

Requirements

• Master's degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a behavioral health field, Arizona license or eligible for Arizona license.
• Required- Experience practicing in one of the licenses listed below.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
• Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC) by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and EHRs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have or be able to attain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of assuming role.
• Valid AZ Driver License.
• Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 22 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
• Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment
• Must pass a TB Test.

Responsibilities

• Providing outpatient individual, group, and family supportive counseling to clients.
• Charts progress, maintains clinical records, and ensures implementation of treatment plans.
• Monitors and follows up on client needs, does re-assessments as required or as needed.
• Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with case managers, Med. Providers, and other clinic staff.
• This position requires providing in-home counseling sessions as indicated, although it is a small part of the overall counseling activities.
• Services are provided according to all licensure, state, and federal laws, and TERROS Policies and Procedures.
• May sign off on non-licensed staff’s work.
