Supports safe work practices, time management, and healthy lifestyles. Applies performance improvement tools to enhance care quality and work environments, sharing best practices across units. Actively mentors and educates nurses at all levels, serving as a preceptor and role model for continuous learning. Aligns daily work with organizational goals to improve patient safety, quality, and satisfaction. Builds compassionate, healing relationships and disseminates innovations through presentations and publications. Uses Relationship Based Care and critical thinking to address the clinical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Communicates effectively to ensure comprehensive documentation and coordinated care. Leads change initiatives, supports staff through transitions, and participates in shared leadership. Assumes formal roles in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and onboarding, contributing to staff development and evaluations.
