About The Position

Key’s Clinical Team is Growing! Due to an expansion of services, we are seeking additional full-time Clinicians for our community-based, comprehensive programs in New Bedford. Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or clinical psychology.
• One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in residential or community-based settings.
• Licensed in the state of MA preferred, as an LSWA, LSW, LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC.
• A driver’s license and insured vehicle for employment.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to provide direct mental health services to children, youth and families, promote their emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being, and help them navigate the challenges they face.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, administer formal testing as required by licensing or contracting, and use assessment tools and interviews to gather relevant information and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide in-home individual counseling, therapy and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment practices, and implement strategies and practices to engage children, youth and families.
• Utilize electronic health record system and state platforms to document and submit case documentation.
• Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care.
• Independently licensed clinicians provide clinical supervision to Masters-level clinicians and supervise intern field placements.
• The position is not remote, requires some early evening hours to accommodate families and children’s schedules, and participation in the paid on-call rotation schedule.

Benefits

• Generous starting salary: MA Level Clinician $70,000 - $73,000; Ind. Licensed Clinician $75,000 - $80,000.
• $5,000 hiring bonus provided in 2 installments at 3 and 6 months of employment.
