Requirements

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related behavioral science field
Registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in the State of Oregon
Current CPR, CPI, and First Aid certification (within 60 days of hire)
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and willingness to use personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
At least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish or other language)
Experience with housing, dual diagnosis, or vocational rehabilitation
Familiarity with recovery-oriented care and community-based behavioral health services

Responsibilities

Provide field-based mental health and case management services in homes, hospitals, and community settings
Build strong, trusting relationships to support members’ recovery goals
Collaborate with community partners to connect members with housing, benefits, employment, and medical care
Conduct psychosocial assessments, service plans, and crisis interventions
Offer cognitive-behavioral and skill-based interventions that promote stability and independence
Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation (shared among clinical team)
Provide transportation for members served as needed (mileage reimbursed weekly at IRS rate)
