Requirements
- California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- DEA Registration Certificate.
- OIG Clearance and NPI number
- Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight loss, applying the JumpstartMD program.
- Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
- Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
- Conduct follow-up calls and promptly respond to post-visit inquiries.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.
- Support team by assisting with medical and program-related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.
