NRVCS is actively seeking difference-makers to enhance our 23-Hour Crisis Team. You will have a daily opportunity to change the direction of individuals' lives in this supportive, client-centered setting. We take our motto "It's Our Responsibility to Care" seriously. Clinicians working in the 23-Hour Crisis Stabilization Center come alongside individuals experiencing crisis as a result of a mental health or substance abuse-related diagnosis. Clinical skills are leveraged to provide crisis intervention, assessment, and stabilization. To assist individuals in returning to their baseline functioning, clinicians identify needed resources, appropriate discharge setting, and level of imminent risk. Crisis Center Clinicians are invaluable members of the wellness and recovery team.
