What You’ll Do As a Clinician III, you will oversee clinical operations within assigned programs while maintaining a client caseload. Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health Services, you will supervise and mentor junior clinicians and interns, ensure quality and compliance, and support program operations.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
  • Minimum 4 years of post-graduate clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring clinical staff or interns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of toxicology test, Level 2 fingerprinting, local background screening, and OIG reference check.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Care & Case Management: Provide individual and group therapy, psychosocial assessments, and evidence-based treatment planning.
  • Maintain a client caseload, coordinating services and ensuring continuity of care.
  • Respond promptly to crises with de-escalation, clinical support, and safety planning.
  • Supervision & Staff Development: Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Clinician I and Registered Intern staff.
  • Support staff in case conceptualization, documentation, therapeutic interventions, and professional development.
  • Conduct group supervision sessions and contribute to ongoing training initiatives.
  • Program Operations & Quality Assurance: Coordinate clinical schedules, staff coverage, and program activities.
  • Monitor documentation, billing, drug testing, and quality assurance processes.
  • Participate in audits, chart reviews, and compliance activities to meet regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Represent Behavioral Health Services in meetings with funding agencies, community partners, and internal departments.
  • Contribute to organizational emergency and disaster preparedness efforts as needed.
  • Complete sign-offs for biopsychosocial assessments and related documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the mission and operational goals of Camillus House.
