Alaska Behavioral Health is seeking Clinicians I, II, or Senior Licensed Clinicians for their Partial Hospitalization Program in Anchorage. The mission of the organization is to strengthen Alaska communities and improve the lives of clients by delivering exceptional behavioral healthcare services. The Partial Hospitalization team serves children ages 9-17 and adults with acute needs or who are not responding to a lower level of care, providing medication management, intensive therapy, and skill-building to help clients regain stability and improve their quality of life.

  • Provide assessment, individual, family, and group therapy
  • Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services to effectively resolve crisis; conduct clinical evaluations to determine risk and appropriate level of care
  • Participate in regular individual and group supervision
  • Provide behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices including CBT
  • Provide supervision for BSW level providers
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with internal & external standards and regulations; documenting progress for each service provided and review and update treatment plans as specified
  • Provide Clinical Supervision for unlicensed providers
  • Master or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field
  • Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW required for Clinician II and Senior Licensed Clinician)
  • Experience working with SED clients and providing trauma-informed care
  • 7-10 years clinical experience providing direct services as a psychotherapist for Senior Licensed Clinician
  • At least two years providing clinical supervision for Senior Licensed Clinician
  • Experience with providing trauma-informed care
  • Participation in regular individual and group supervision
