NRVCS works hard to stay on the pulse of innovative, evidence-based treatment approaches to provide the best in care for our communities. We would love for you to join our Intensive Services Team as a Functional Family Therapy Clinician! Functional Family Therapy is an evidence-based practice for helping families, and children who are at risk of out of home placement. Extensive training in the model is provided and the treatment is delivered as part of our comprehensive service array. Regular supervision, including licensure supervision for Residents and Supervisees is available in addition to competitive pay and a complete benefits package.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible Human Services field is required.
• Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist preferred.
• At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
