About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinician to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families. The Clinician will deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Active state licensure or license-eligible (e.g., MSW-LP, MHC-LP, LMSW, LMHC, etc.).
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience providing therapeutic services.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Bilingual in English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
Provide required home visits with agency vehicle access.
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing treatment planning.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with case management and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
Participate in case conferences, supervision, and team meetings.
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and agency policies.
Manage caseload and maintain appropriate scheduling of client sessions.
Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when necessary.
Engage in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination.
