About The Position

CentraCare is looking for a qualified Clinician Experience Coordinator to join our team! This role coordinates the activities necessary to support the efficient and effective operation of CentraCare Clinician Experience. You will be responsible for providing the administrative roles and responsibilities necessary to support physician learners (students, residents, fellows) and APP students, international medical graduates, pre-med students, and other learners training with credentialed medical staff members for the entire organization. This role works in close collaboration with representatives for CentraCare, the University of Minnesota, other academic affiliations and learners to ensure quality clinical experiences. This role supports placement and the retention of health care professionals within the healthcare organization.

Requirements

• Minimum two years post-secondary degree in communications, marketing, project management or related field; or 5 years of experience in an administrative role may be substituted in lieu of education.
• 2 years minimum experience working in a related field required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, preferably interacting and providing customer service to Medical Staff.
• Critical thinking skills to effectively navigate multiple priorities and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to support the efficient operation of CentraCare Clinician Experience.
• Provide administrative support for physician learners and other medical trainees.
• Collaborate with CentraCare, the University of Minnesota, and other academic affiliations.
• Ensure quality clinical experiences for learners.
• Support placement and retention of healthcare professionals.

Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $22.72 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience.
• Pay range: $22.72 - $34.09 per hour.
