About The Position
The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Advanced General Pediatrics and Primary Care Wellness and Weight Management Program is seeking a Clinician Educator to join our Wellness and Weight Management Program. We are accepting applications for a faculty position in the clinician-educator, non-tenure-eligible at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor. Applicants with robust clinical experience in obesity or weight management are strongly preferred. Applicants must be board certified in Pediatrics. An ideal candidate would be certified in Obesity Medicine, with a strong track record of providing high quality obesity management care. Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is the primary pediatric teaching hospital of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. The incoming faculty member will obtain an academic appointment at the level of Instructor or Assistant Professor, depending on experience. Salary and benefits are competitive. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2022, or earlier. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
