LCSW, LCPC, LMSW Clinician/ Counselor
About The Position
Clarvida is seeking a Clinician to provide in-person clinical services to children and youth with behavioral and/or psychological health needs, some of whom may be at risk of removal from their homes. In this role, you will deliver counseling, parent skill training, and clinical oversight within home and community settings while serving as the treatment team lead for each assigned client. This position offers a high level of clinical independence, a low caseload, and strong internal supervision support. You will collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to drive meaningful, person-centered outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Pending or active clinical licensure in Maine (LMSWcc, LCSW, LCPC, or LCPCcc)
- Ability to work independently while leading a treatment team
- Valid Driver’s License and active automobile insurance
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person clinical services in client homes and community settings
- Deliver counseling and therapeutic interventions to children and youth
- Provide parent skill training and family support
- Serve as the treatment team lead for assigned clients
- Collaborate with treatment team members to coordinate care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Support clients at risk of out-of-home placement
