Requirements

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort in working in a high volume/high pace environment.
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self starter/motivator; ability to work independently.
  • Strong decision making skills; able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and realistic understanding of issues
  • Ability to maintain mature, problem-solving attitude while dealing with conflict or time demands on a daily basis, prioritize tasks and multi-task.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Diplomacy when communicating changing priorities.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Paralegal experience or three (3) years of experience in contract administration or legal document management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Draft clinician agreements and amendments, primarily through the use of established templates and pre-approved customized language/addenda.
  • Ensure complete and accurate data entry in relation to key dates and statuses applicable to the clinician's contractual documents.
  • Assist in the revision of proposed clinician agreements through coordination with providers and/or attorneys.
  • Assist Operations with the clinician contracting process.
  • Assist in identifying needed updates to provider agreement templates.
