About The Position

Medpace Clinical Pharmacology, a 96-bed facility specializing in early phase clinical trials, is led by a team of highly trained clinical researchers who are experts in the design, implementation, and analysis of Phase I - IIa studies. The Phase I Unit, functionally integrated with Medpace, a large global Clinical Research Organization, conducts studies and collaborates with the best therapeutic minds in the industry to bring promising drug compounds to the market. Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Our mission is to accelerate the global development of safe and effective medical therapeutics through its scientific and disciplined approach. We leverage local regulatory and therapeutic expertise across all major areas including oncology, cardiology, metabolic disease, endocrinology, central nervous system, anti-viral and anti-infective. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 year of research-related experience; and
  • Broad knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing one or more projects according to Sponsor specifications;
  • Coordinate project start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities;
  • Track study status including patient status, case report form status, safety issues, timelines, etc.;
  • Serve as primary contact for all protocol interpretations and logistical project-related issues; and
  • Provide oversight for staff conducting study-related responsibilities/procedures.
