About The Position

As a Clinical Trial Assistant you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to Global Study Team members from start-up to close-out.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree/university degree
  • Previous experience in clinical trials, ideally as a Clinical Trial Assistant
  • Experience in clinical site payments would be an advantage
  • Proven organizational and administrative skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Team oriented and flexible; ability to respond quickly to shifting demands and opportunities

Responsibilities

  • TMF filing, document quality checks, maintenance, compliance and oversight
  • Development and delivery of site's ISF
  • Assessment of eISF prior to SIVs
  • Maintain registries and systems
  • Provide reporting to support management of studies
  • Support with audits and inspections readiness activities
  • Perform customisation and translation of documents
  • Manage archiving preparation of documents and communication for distribution and collections from sites
