About The Position
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinical Training Team Lead to join our Aesthetic Team. The position leads and develops clinical training programs for medical devices, ensuring excellence in education delivery, team performance, and customer support while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role involves directing clinical training team operations, managing departmental budgets, overseeing team credentialing, and developing staffing strategies. Additionally, the position establishes clinical training standards, evaluates trainer competency, designs educational resources, and manages adverse event reporting. The Clinical Training Team Lead will also create standardized training methodologies, develop training agendas, and implement best practices across training programs.
