The Clinical Training Specialist is responsible for overseeing and delivering comprehensive clinical education for Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and other clinical support staff across NorthShore Health Centers. This role ensures that high-quality, consistent patient care is supported through effective training and competency development. The specialist partners closely with the clinical operations and quality team to plan, implement, help create, and align training initiatives with the health systems alignment in mind. They collaborate with a diverse network of stakeholders to assess needs, design curriculum, and support staff development across all sites. Educational programming facilitated by this role includes competencies and skills training, emergency preparedness, and continuing education for Certified Medical Assistants, along with additional training as new needs and opportunities arise.
