  • Administers the onboarding, preceptor, and training program for provider and clinical positions.
  • Collaborates with Welcome Experience Coordinators and operations leadership to identify and assign new hires to preceptors or trainers.
  • Collaborates with operations leadership to design and implement recognition and reward programs for preceptors and trainers.
  • Recognizes strong performance by providing all necessary information on above-and-beyond performance to ensure proper recognition of preceptors and trainers.
  • Communicates with preceptors and trainers to ensure a smooth onboarding and training experience for the new hire.
  • Communicates with new hires to set expectations for onboarding and training and serves as the primary point of L&D contact throughout training completion.
  • Partners with preceptors and trainers to identify and address training concerns for new hires.
  • Escalates any concerns regarding new staff deficiencies to the operational leaders confidentially.
  • Collaborates with preceptors and trainers to ensure all required training documentation is completed and submitted accurately.
  • Verifies completion of all required training for new hires.
  • Responds to learning questions from employees using a friendly and respectful tone.
  • Coordinates and edits L&D submissions to weekly newsletters.
  • Completes all required training release documentation and ensures all training-related documentation is stored and retained in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitors the training release process to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinates all required learning and training assignments, including vendor-managed learning content.
  • Monitors and supports the compliance of the DOT Medical Examiner and BLS/ACLS.
  • Administers and supports the DOT/BAT/UDS/X-Ray certification processes.
  • Prepares training documentation to ensure compliance with accreditation audits.
  • Partners with operations to ensure compliance with all clinical-related processes and certifications.
  • Collaborates with instructional designers and other content developers to ensure that learning courses and paths are consistently accurate and up-to-date.
  • Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.
  • Leads by example in attitude and work performance.
  • Demonstrates strong technical skills, with advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and other reporting or data management platforms.
  • Proactively identifies process gaps and utilizes technology creatively and effectively to streamline workflows.
  • Utilizes AI tools to analyze large datasets and generate insights.
  • Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.
  • The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
  • The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees.
  • The ability to perform the physical use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position.

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management and Leadership, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years in operations support, learning & development, human resources, or an analyst role.
  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and reporting tools, including Smartsheet, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Preferred certification in one or more of the following: Excel Certification, Smartsheet Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
