As a Clinical Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality services while leading and developing a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• A valid license in Speech, OT, PT, Psychology, or ABA
• At least 3 years of experience in an office setting with supervisory responsibilities
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ background checks
• A current TB test
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance (25/50k liability coverage)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, individualized therapy services across OT, PT, SLP, and ABA within the clinical setting
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
• Monitor caseloads, documentation, budgets, and productivity to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery
• Collaborate with families, school partners, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement meaningful, client-centered Plans of Care
• Drive the growth of clinic and community-based services by building partnerships and identifying expansion opportunities
• Champion an exceptional family experience through strong communication, responsiveness, and trust
