Clinical Therapist Part-time Contract or Hourly
Pueblo of San Ildefonso/Northern Santa Fe County

Description
Under the general direction of the clinical director the clinician will be responsible for:
Provide psycho-therapeutic and psych-educational services to individuals, couples, families and groups;
Provide individual therapeutic counseling to clients as assigned by the director;
Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes;
Attend program staffing and clinical staffing to participate in client progress reports and professional development;
Report relevant information in a timely manner to clinical supervisor and/or program director;
Provide case management to link clients with supportive services and provide follow up to referring agency;
Operates within compliance with related federal, state and local regulations;
Contact client directly for the purposes of follow up and case management
Work with office personnel to schedule clients
Provide crisis intervention, as needed;
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT or LPAT licensure in New Mexico
