About The Position

As a Clinical Therapist, you’ll provide therapy services that foster healing and long-term recovery. You’ll guide clients through intake, treatment planning, crisis support, and ongoing therapy, ensuring every step aligns with our values of compassion and quality care.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
Active Arizona license (LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, PsyD, PhD, LASAC, LISAC) or working toward licensure.
2+ years of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-based, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy aligned with ethical and clinical standards.
Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and crisis interventions.
Collaborate with clients and their supports to develop effective care plans.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per AZBBHE and agency standards.
Coordinate care across providers and systems to ensure continuity of services.
Participate in required clinical supervision and team collaboration.
